Habak

An agricultural training project aimed at promoting the use of hydroponic farming techniques and alternative growing media through a training station comprising 15 greenhouses, supporting the development of agricultural skills and sustainable farming practices.

The Habak Project aims to provide a hands-on training environment for learning about hydroponic farming techniques and the use of alternative growing media, contributing to the development of knowledge and skills in modern agricultural practices. The project is based on an agricultural station consisting of 15 greenhouses, enabling the practical application of various farming methods and facilitating the transfer of technical knowledge in sustainable agricultural production. It also seeks to provide a safe working environment for women employed in the agricultural sector.

Key results

  • Provided employment opportunities for 100 male and female workers during the project period, particularly during harvesting and picking seasons, while ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Established a sustainable training station focused on modern agricultural skills and practices in greenhouse farming.
