Safe spaces, real skills, and opportunities that grow communities.
A Jordanian non-profit working since 2016 to empower women economically, prepare a conscious generation of young leaders, and advocate for fair, safe work in rural Jordan.
Hamsa is a non-profit civil society organization founded on 22 December 2016 and registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade. From hydroponic training stations to legal awareness for agricultural workers, our work turns local challenges into practical skills, decent work and stronger voices.
Our vision
Developing the local community by providing safe spaces for women and creating economic opportunities that enable them to work, while empowering a conscious youth generation capable of facing societal challenges, trained and qualified to lead.
Our mission
Deepening the concepts of professional work and creating economic opportunities for women who are housewives, so that they can support their families and develop themselves.
What we do
Five ways we work for a fairer, greener Jordan.
Our programs combine hands-on training, advocacy and partnership — so that every skill learned becomes an opportunity, and every opportunity strengthens the community around it.
